Since Gassen Construction and Maintenance opened its doors, we have provided maintenance and construction solutions for over 18,000+ homes, many within community associations. Not only am I excited for the future of Gassen Construction & Maintenance, but also extremely proud of where we have been and what we have accomplished.
I began working in both the construction and property management industry in 2002. I always knew that I wanted to continue in these trades as my ultimate career path and spent many years working my way up from a building manager to a project manager before joining forces with Gassen Construction & Maintenance. I had a vision to combine the quality and expertise from construction with the customer service and compassion which was lacking in the industry. With this vision in mind, Gassen Construction and Maintenance was founded. We brought the best team members together to create an organization with over 350 combined years of construction and maintenance experience.
